We have all heard the saying ‘We can all do our bit’ and we will make a difference, but did you know so many of our Scottish producers are already being kind to our planet? Some are using green energy, others recyclable packaging, some use biomass boilers, or have changed to more efficient lighting. Others are caring for the world in different ways. Perhaps making their premises more accessible, supporting endangered animals or planting trees to off-set carbon emissions. Every bit of this is great, and we can all support them by recognising their efforts and buying their products.
